Why can't I reset my password?Updated 3 months ago

When we migrated to our new platform, we weren’t able to take existing accounts with us. While your membership still exists, your login credentials do not. If you joined as a member before February 2023, we sent you an activation email to access our new site.

If you’ve created an account in the past, you’ll need to create a new account using your existing Bright Cellars email address. If you have trouble, please contact our Wine Concierge Team for assistance. We would be happy to send your activation email again!
