We send an automatic reminder email 5 days before your next subscription order. Make sure you add us as a contact in your email settings to make sure our notifications don't end up in spam!
If you're ready for a new order when you receive this email, great! You don't have to do a thing. Your order will process automatically on the indicated date. If you'd like to make any special requests about the order (make an address change, request a specific varietal, etc.), simply reach out to our concierge team before the order is processed or update your information online. We'd be happy to help tailor the order however you need!
