Oh no! We're sorry to hear there was a problem with your order. If you received a wine in your subscription order that does not match your order receipt or if you are missing a wine, we would love to make it right! 

If your order was damaged, please send us a photo so we can find a solution for you.

We have a few options! We can issue a refund for the incorrect wine, or add a credit to your account for subscriptions.
