Oh no! We're sorry to hear there was a problem with your order. If you received a wine in your subscription order that does not match your order receipt, we would love to make it right!

If the item is still in stock, we can add it as a bonus bottle to your next subscription order. If it is no longer in stock, we have a few options for you. We can help you select a similar alternative to include as a bonus item, issue a refund for the incorrect wine, or add a credit to your account.
