How can I find my tracking information?

 

Once our fulfillment centers print the label for your shipment, we instantly email a tracking link to you. It may take up to 3 business days for your tracking information to show movement.

Occasionally, members have found that these emails end up in their promotions, spam, or junk folders. To avoid this, we recommend marking concierge@brightcellars.com as a safe sender. 

Please note: for the most accurate delivery timeline, please wait until after your order has started to show movement. Any delivery timeline shown on your tracking link before your order begins to move is only an estimate. 

If you are unable to find the tracking information in your email, no problem! You can also review this information, by visiting your Bright Cellars account online (https://www.brightcellars.com/account/.) Once logged in, look for the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner and select “Order History”. Your recent orders can be found under the Open Orders tab on that page. From here you will be able to track your order, review the order contents, as well as the price and delivery address.
