Delivery Options

Having delivery issues? Need more information on how delivery works? We’re here to help!

All Bright Cellars wine orders require an adult signature upon delivery. FedEx/UPS will not accept a signature or note left on your door, so someone 21+ will need to be present for your delivery. Be prepared to show a government issued photo ID & sign for the package.

Unfortunately, we are unable to have your package delivered to a P.O Box or any USPS locations since our packages do require a signature.

Depending on your state, your default carrier will either be FedEx or UPS. If you need to change your carrier before your order ships, get in touch with us. We may be able to switch your carrier depending on your state!  

Have your package held for pick up at a convenient location! 

If your primary carrier is FedEx you can have your packages delivered to a local FedEx Print & Ship or OnSite location (usually located within Walgreens, Walmart, etc.). These locations will hold your package for up to five business days for free! You can set one of these locations as your pick up location when signing up with us.

If your primary carrier is UPS, we can also have your packages delivered to local UPS Customer Care facilities for free as well as UPS Stores (Fee charged by UPS $5-$10). These locations will hold your package for up to five business days. You can set one of these locations as your pick up location when signing up with us.
