If you are looking to adjust your address before your upcoming processing date you can do so by visiting your Bright Cellars account online (here) and selecting “Account Settings” from the right hand corner drop down menu. Once the Account Settings page loads, select EDIT under the box titled, “Shipping Information”
If your order has already processed or is in transit please reach out to our concierge team by submitting a request to us here. We will then submit a request to the carrier to have your order rerouted. Please note that it may take the carrier (UPS/ FedEx) up to 24 hours to receive our request. At this time, we are unable to make address changes over state lines.
