How do I swap a wine?

Subscription orders 

Our algorithm automatically selects wines for you each month based on your individual flavor profile. After your order processes, we’ll send you an order receipt to let you know what wines you’ll be receiving. 

If you see a wine listed on your order receipt that you’d like to change, you can contact us within 24 hours of the time stamp on your order receipt to request changes. To request these changes, please reach out to our concierge team at 844-223-5527 or send us a message here.

Any request received outside of this 24 hour window is not guaranteed. 

Custom orders

We are unable to offer any swaps to your custom order, as these orders are sent to fulfillment immediately to be packed and shipped right away. When placing a custom order, please make sure to let us know if you have specific requests.
