What do I do if my package is scheduled to be delivered while I am on vacation?

If your package is scheduled to be delivered while you are on vacation, you are able to schedule a free vacation hold for your orders! Unfortunately, our concierge team is not able to set up vacation holds for members, so you will need to set up a free FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice Account. 

To set up FedEx Delivery Manager, visit https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html or to create a UPS My Choice account, visit https://www.ups.com/doapp/signup?loc=en_US

Once signed in, you should see an option to “Manage Delivery” on your tracking link. A drop down menu will appear and you would then select “Vacation Hold”. This function will then hold your deliveries until you select to resume, as well as, allow you to select a location to pick up your packages if you choose to do so. Typically vacation holds are limited to 2 weeks.
