How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 6 months ago

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Account Settings page. You're also able to reach out to our Wine Concierge team for assistance with managing your subscription.

We are very flexible with frequency, shipping options, pricing, and wine preferences if you are looking for something different! You can skip a shipment at any time but we offer longer frequency options (4-week, 6-week, 8-week, 12-week)! We can also set up a temporary hold if you just want to take a break for a few months. This would keep your settings and reward points saved if you wanted to start back up later in the year.
